Paris Loizou is the Managing Partner of Paris Loizou & Associates LLC and lead advocate at extradition.cy. With over a decade of criminal litigation experience before Cyprus courts, he practises exclusively in international criminal defence — extradition proceedings, Interpol Red Notice challenges, European Arrest Warrants, and international sanctions law.

His practice is deliberately narrow. He does not handle family law, commercial disputes, employment, or civil litigation. This focus allows the firm to maintain deep expertise at the intersection of international criminal law, human rights, and the enforcement mechanisms that affect individuals across borders.

Paris Loizou has appeared before all levels of the Cyprus court system — including foreign arrest warrant cases, detention challenges, urgent bail applications, and European Convention on Human Rights arguments. He regularly coordinates with co-counsel in the UK, Russia, UAE, Germany, Israel, and Ukraine in multi-jurisdictional cases.
